Emotion Logging is an effective tool that gives children and young people an active role in managing their emotions and well-being.
By visually tracking their mood and identifying patterns and triggers that can influence mood and behavior, children and adolescents are empowered to more easily understand and manage their emotions. They can set goals, track progress, and adjust their self-care based on their logged emotions.
The child logs his/her feelings
Through the Ommej app, the child can document his mood once a day and then easily get a summary of his emotional life over time. This function was developed in collaboration with high school students, who wanted a tool to monitor their own well-being and identify any patterns connected to their daily life.

Businesses can read out how the child is doing

For businesses, it can be used as a simple tool to start conversations and strengthen communication with the child or young person. At the same time, it acts as an early warning system for potential challenges, enabling early intervention and support.
