Adult? Don't read this

Let's face it: You who are reading this are probably an adult anyway. Then this text is not meant for you. But you are welcome to share it with someone you think Ommej can make a difference for. Because you can make a difference.

Sometimes it's hard to know if things you feel or experience in life are normal. Sometimes it's hard to talk about things.

Ommej is an app that helps children and young people talk about their situation by asking different things about their life, for example how they are doing in their family, with friends and at school. They can download Ommej themselves on Google Play or, if they have an iPhone, download the web app to their phone (it works just like a regular app, but soon we'll also be on the App Store).

If you want, you can share your answers from the Ommej app with an adult you trust, so that they know about things that worry you or what you want help with. In the app, you can also find out more about your rights, what is normal and what children and young people should not have to participate in. The child is always completely anonymous in the app. Whether you want to share your answers with someone is entirely up to the child.

In the app, the child can also find guidance to someone to talk to anonymously, via phone or chat, and get advice and support.
