In the home view of the app, you can fill in how you feel today on a daily basis. You can also see your mood streak, i.e. how many days in a row you have filled in how you feel. If you click on the arrow to the right of the title, you can also see a diagram of how you have measured over time (see image below).

Once you've chosen how you feel, you'll get a follow-up question asking if you'd like to add an emotion. We suggest a couple of emotions to choose from, but you can also click "Show more" to see more options. It is also fine not to add a feeling to your mood. If you click on "Done", we will register your mood and take you back to the home view. If you want to change your answer, just do it again and the old one will be replaced.

If you click on the arrow where you select your mood, you can see a diagram of your mood (over time). The displayed graph always starts on today's date and you can scroll to other dates using the arrow keys. If you click on the circles in the chart, you can see the emotions that you chose for your mood that day (if you chose it).

Keep in mind that if you share your answers with someone, that person will also be able to see your moods.
