Some questions in Ommej are extra important, and therefore we handle answers to these in a special way. We call them alarm responses. An alarm response can, for example, be about violence or abuse or other things that require the adult's attention.
Shortly after we receive an alarm response, we send an email to the person (or those) who own the case. We do not, of course, reveal anything about the child or what the issues are about in the email, to get more information you need to be logged into the system. It might look like this:
Hi, Case 2b9a8 (https://admin.ommej.se/case/report/123abc123abc123abc/123abc123abc123abc) has updated answers to 65 important questions. Greetings Ommej
In the report for the child, alarm responses are shown in red.
Has the child changed any answer from an answer with alarm
-tag to one without, and the child has no others alarm
-tagged responses, then we send to the owners of the case that the child is linked to that the child no longer has any alarming responses.
In addition to sending e-mails, we also save in the database that the child is in an alarm state and for which questions and answers it applies.
If a case is created with a child that is already in the app and has alarm responses, an email will be sent to the owner of that case that the child has alarm responses.
