It is a quote from the National Board of Health and Welfare's recently published, important report which investigates how society's safety net for, among other things, vulnerable children must be improved. Identified measures are summarized in the following development areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Strengthen implementation of existing regulation and support material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Strengthen cooperation around individuals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Develop methods and working methods<\/p>\n\n\n\n
