Once you have met a child who has accepted your request to share the child's story in Ommej, in addition to the answers from the Ommej app, you can send two additional questionnaires to the child. A form to follow up the child's perceived participation and influence and a form to follow up the child's experience of the support and help offered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to use:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go into your case list and select the case you want to send a follow-up form to. Press the "manage case" button. At the bottom of the page under manage case there is a card called "Participation and Influence"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the menu, you can choose whether you want to send the form called "Follow-up after a hit" or "Follow-up after support\/effort".\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose which form you want to send to the child and press "send". You do not need to fill in the child's phone number or email address because the child is already linked to the case. The child will receive a notification in the app that there is a new questionnaire the next time they log into it. Feel free to tell the child that you have sent a new request for follow-up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are unsure about the forms, you can see a preview of the forms' various questions when you have selected one in the menu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under "Sent forms" you can see which forms you sent and when.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a child has started responding, you can see a "See Responses" button when you hover your mouse over the list of your submitted forms.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you press "See answer" you get a new page with the child's answer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are an administrator and want to see statistics on all children who responded to the unit or activity, go to the menu and select "Statistics"<\/p>\n\n\n\n
