If you are a system user and are going to manage cases and look at children&#039;s responses, so be it <strong>Ommej Admin<\/strong> you must log in to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Here you use the password you created earlier. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by pressing \u201cForgot your password?\u201d at the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ommej.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-11-1024x767.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you have problems resetting your password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you do not receive email from us with recovery link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:rgb(0, 0, 0)\">This may be due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We do not have an account registered with the email address you provided<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure you entered the correct email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check with your Ommej administrator that you have an account in Ommej Admin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Something in your IT environment is stopping our e-mail<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Please check that our message has not ended up in your spam\/junk inbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask your IT manager for help finding our e-mails<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you receive email from us but it still doesn&#039;t work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:rgb(0, 0, 0)\">This may be because the link has a time limit.
